TRUST THE PROCESS
Josh was born in 1989 and grew up in the Dallas area. He live with his single mother who worked multiple jobs through his childhood in order to provide Josh with as many opportunities as possible. Josh has always considered himself a true entrepreneur, starting many businesses throughout his childhood, from mowing his neighbors' lawns, selling used clothes on eBay, to starting an eCommerce website selling used gun shells. Given the factors surrounding him, Josh was driven to exceed expectations for someone in his position. He was able to graduate from high school a year early, eventually attending Southern Methodist University and obtaining 3 internships in the process at firms such as Morgan Stanley and UBS, all while working additional part time jobs at night and on the weekends.
After graduating at the age of 20 and finding employment, Josh began investing in real estate in Chicago, in particular, Section 8 housing in the west and south sides of the city. Over the next several years, through the ups and downs of rental property ownership in Chicago's toughest neighborhoods, Josh had amassed multiple properties around the city. In the years since, Josh has expanded his reach into the salon business, owning salons with over $1.0 million in sales a year, all before the age of 30.
Josh plans to continue to expand both the real estate and salon investments over the coming years.
